Welcome to Le Posh Yoga. Whether you are new to yoga or are just new to our studio, this page will help you get started. Beginners are always welcome at Le Posh Yoga. Our instructors are trained to teach students of all levels.

What to Do Before Your First Class
- Avoid eating a heavy meal for 2-3 hours before class. Drink plenty of water beforehand.
- Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class to fill out a new member consent form. Thereafter, you can simply sign your name on the sign-in sheet. Please be on time, as classes begin promptly.
- Let the teacher know if you are new to yoga or if you are working with any minor injuries or conditions. If you have a serious injury or condition, please check with your physician before beginning a yoga program.
What to Wear
We recommend light, comfortable clothing. Avoid large t-shirts and very loose clothing. You may want to bring a sweatshirt or long-sleeve shirt to wear at the end of class as you are cooling down. We practice yoga barefoot, so leave shoes outside the studio.
Restrooms and changing rooms are available at the studio.
What to Bring
If you own a yoga mat, please bring it to class. Environmentally-friendly JADE mats are available for sale or rental ($2). Rental is free for first-time students.
For more vigorous classes in which you may work up a sweat, we recommend bringing water and a towel.
