Vinyasa Yoga
De-stress, unwind, and release unwanted energy. Vinyasa Yoga uses flowing yoga poses to connect pranyama (breath) and asanas (movement). Each class incorporates a longer savasana (relaxation pose) with gentle Thai massage techniques.
Blu Yoga
Combines an innovative mix of Hatha Flow (to warm up and stretch the body) with Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is considered the yoga of awareness because it directly affects human consciousness, develops intuition and increases self-knowledge. All levels and abilities are encouraged. Prior yoga and/or strength practice recommended.
